Christian Education at Grace is fun and takes place in many forms.

Sunday School: Children participate in the Worship Service until after the Children's Sermon at which time they leave to attend their respective Sunday School class.

Bible Study: Bible Studies are offered throughout the year and are for all ages.

Programs: Informative programs are offered throughout the year. Have a request? See Pastor Carol or any one of the Church leaders and we'll try to accomendate your need.

Vacation Bible School (VBS): Summertime fun for all!

Methodist Youth Fellowship (MYF): MYF meets monthly and alternates between a really fun community service event and a really fun, fun event.

Confirmation Class: Offered as needed. If you have a child of Confirmation age, please see Pastor Carol.

Small Groups: Grace has many small groups that meet regularly and range from lawn mowing teams to Red Hatters to NCD (Natural Church Development). Have an idea for a small group? Let us know!

Safe Sanctuaries

Grace is a Safe Sanctuary Church. The safety of our children and those that work with our children is taken seriously.
Our program is based heavily on these simple but ironclad rules.
• Criminal Background Checks. All workers and helpers in contact with children are required to undergo a criminal background check.
• Six Month Involvement Rule. All volunteers who work with children and youth must be involved with Grace UMC for at least six months before they are allowed in any position involving contact with minors.
• Two Adult Rule. No fewer than two adults are to be present at any time during a church sponsored program, event or ministry involving children or youth.
• 5 Years Older Rule. Leaders of youth ministry must be a minimum of five years older then the oldest youth.
